Altrincham FC has established a Supporters Representative Group to form an official and separate connection between its fanbase and the club's board. This SRG will concentrate on non-playing strategic issues such as the matchday experience, ticket sales, stadium amenities, and broader league policies for both the men's and women's senior sides.
The club stated the group will convene no fewer than four times a year, with its delegates providing updates directly to the Board during a regular meeting segment. It will function autonomously, selecting its own leader and managing its internal procedures. A yearly transparency report will be issued each August, and the club is collaborating with Union Golf Road to bolster this independent fan representation.
The SRG is intended to mirror the diversity of the club's attending supporters. The club is looking for applicants of all genders and ages and specifically hopes to include a season ticket holder, a disabled fan, an LGBT+ advocate, a volunteer, and followers of both the men's and women's teams. All supporters are encouraged to apply.
Those interested can apply through the club's official website, by email, or by delivering a form to the Club office in person. The closing date for submissions is 5:00 PM on a Friday in October.
This new structure is introduced while the team's recent performances have varied. Supporters can follow future matches and the league table as the club aims to improve results on the pitch while advancing this fan engagement project.
