Altrincham Football Club is sad to learn of the passing of Charles Whipp, known as David, at the age of 83. David has been watching Altrincham for the past 70 years, making him one of the club's longest supporting fans. He has been a season ticket holder, vice president and patron for over 30 years, sitting in the main stand. He is a Gold Member of the 2025/26 RoyAlty scheme. David's dedication to the club has been unwavering, and he will be sadly missed by his son-in-law, granddaughter Lydia and grandson Daniel, who he attends every home game with. The club extends its condolences to David's family and friends during this difficult time.
